Payment:
  • We accept VISA, MC, Discover, & paypal for immediate shipment.
  • To pay by credit card you can call 858-658-9207.
  • We do not accept third party payments, or COD's as form of payment.
  • Items must be paid for and picked up within 5 days of winning bid.
  • If payment is not made within the 5 days of winning bid, item will be resold and eBay will be notified.

  • PLEASE! DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH YOUR PURCHASE. Each listing costs our company time and money.

    • Sales Tax:
  • California residents please add 8% San Diego County sales tax to the bid price.

    • Shipping:
    (Note: *This only applies for shipments as some of our items are listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY)
  • We ship by UPS for all eBay purchases, unless otherwise stated in our description or unless otherwise agreed on before bidding on our auctions.
  • Only UPS will be used for shipments to Canada. Please note for Canadian customers: There will be additional customs, duties and brokerage fees that will apply upon receiving your package, of which we have no control over. These fees will be NONREFUNDABLE.
  • We ship to the United States and Canada only. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS because of the problems we have had in the past!
  • Buyer to pay all shipping costs.
  • There should be a calculator to calculate shipping costs for you at the bottom of the description. Type in the zip code that the item will be shipped to and it will automatically calculate your shipping costs. Now you can know your total including shipping and pay immediately! (Remember the tax if you are in CA.) Please look at our feedback rating to see our satisfied customers concerning our shipping.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless we have made an error in the shipment.
  • All orders take at least one full business day to process from receipt of payment.
  • We will not be responsible for shipments that end up missing after having been delivered to your location. To prevent this from happening, you can request a signature required delivery. There is a $2.00 charge for this service.

    • Damage in Transit:
  • Shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival for any damages. Damage claims will not be accepted after one week beyond receiving date.
  • Should your package arrive damaged, you must contact us immediately at 858-658-9207 so that we may file a claim with UPS.
  • UPS will schedule arrangements to have someone come and inspect your package. DO NOT throw away any of the packaging and DO NOT ship the merchandise back before the package is inspected, or we cannot issue a credit.
  • Do not attempt to make repairs or have the item repaired. In order to be able to get a full claim from UPS, item must remain in the same condition as when received and all packing material available for UPS to inspect.
  • We will issue a credit upon receiving reimbursement from UPS which can usually take from 4-8 weeks.

    • Condition:
  • All auctions are sold "AS-IS" unless otherwise stated in our description. In an auction that has our "5 day right of return guarantee" you have the right to return the item bought within 5 days of receiving it if it is defective, misrepresented, does not perform the task it was intended to, or if it was damaged in shipping. There are no refunds or credits after this time limit expires. This policy is not intended for "Window Shoppers" to look over the unit and decide whether or not it will perform a function or if you are even interested in the piece to begin with. On this basis we will not accept returns. Make sure you want what you are buying!
  • We sell many diverse items and do not have the expertise not the manpower to fullytest all items for function. We try to give you the best description time allows us to and note major visible flaws and obvious problems.
